1. Dispatch & Origin All orders are professionally inspected and dispatched from our facility located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. We ensure that all products meet our quality standards before leaving our warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We provide multiple shipping options to balance cost and speed:

  • Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Recommended for samples and small trial orders. Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days.

  • Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized bulk orders. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days.

  • Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most cost-effective method for large-scale wholesale orders. Estimated delivery: 30-50 business days depending on the destination port.

3. Handling & Lead Times

  • Sample Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.

  • Bulk Production: Lead times are based on order volume and customization requirements, generally ranging from 15 to 30 business days. Specific timelines will be confirmed in your Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Shipping Costs For B2B transactions, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume, and destination. Since we offer wholesale pricing, shipping fees are quoted separately. Please contact our sales team to receive a freight estimate for your specific inquiry.

5. Trade Terms (Incoterms) We typically operate under standard international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. Please specify your preferred Incoterms when placing an inquiry so we can provide an accurate quotation.

6. Customs & Duties Unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and any applicable local taxes or duties in the destination country.

7. Order Tracking Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide all necessary commercial documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB) and tracking information to help you monitor your cargo.
